健康服務助理 (此職位任期至2020年12月31日)

入職要求:

  • 中學畢業或以上,具健康服務助理或保健員證書
  • 良好溝通能力,懂電腦運用及中英文輸入法
  • 兩年或以上相關工作經驗
  • 具基層健康工作經驗優先。

主要職責:

  • 執行不同社區健康中心內之各項服務及活動
  • 協助護士及物理治療師提供健康服務
  • 處理中心的日常事務,如會員登記、文書工作、海報 / 刊物製作等
  • 預備及管理中心物資

 

每週工作49小時,或須於晚上及假日工作。

A golden opportunity to contribute to the development of primary healthcare through working with our passionate and mission-driven professional team in the first District Health Centre in Hong Kong.

The Kwai Tsing Safe Community & Health City Association (KTSCHCA) is currently recruiting high caliber candidate to join our team to work for the Kwai Tsing District Health Centre (K&TDHC) which is a new 3 years pilot programme commissioned by the Food and Health Bureau of HKSAR that aims to help everyone to learn to manage their health, wellbeing, and care for each other through a warm, welcoming and smart DHC Health Hub and Service Network.

葵青地區康健中心總護理統籌主任 (註冊護士)(Chief Care Coordinator, Registered Nurse)

職位要求

  • 受聘人負責督導葵青地區康健中心的臨床護理服務,並需定期向董事會及政府部門匯報地區康健中心護理工作進展;
  • 為服務使用者提供健康評估、篩檢、健康教育及其他相關護理工作
  • 總護理統籌主任亦須和其他持份者保持有效的溝通和協作;
  • 應徵者需為註冊護士及在獲聘前的15年內 ,其中最少10年或以上的註冊護士工作經驗;
  • 申請人需具有良好行政領導能力和溝通技巧,操流利廣東話、英語及具優良中英文書寫能力。

聘用條款

  • 薪酬將根據資歷和經驗考慮;
  • 獲取錄者將會按合約條款受聘,為期一年並可續約;
  • 續約與否將按照工作表現和職位需求而定;
  • 獲聘與否,最終由食物及衞生局決定。

一般事務員

Physiotherapist I

Job Duties :

Client Care –

  • Provide physiotherapy intervention and supervision to support operation of Kwai Tsing District Health Centre (Core Centre and Satellite Centres);
  • Develop and provide group work, training, health promotion and patient empowerment programmes that aim to enhance self-care and self-management;
  • As a team member of multi-disciplinary healthcare team;
    Facilitate the development and implementation of treatment guidelines, protocols and patient care process in physiotherapy service;
  • To supervise a team including assistants, supporting staff, students and volunteers to ensure quality service;
  • Communicate and liaise with the Hospital Authority, network medical practitioners, professional groups and related parties.

Service Planning & Development –

  • Collect, organize and evaluate clinical information for direct client care, service efficiency and clinical research;
  • Assist the team in resource management such as service planning, equipment maintenance & inventory, procurement & stock taking.

Quality & Risk Management –

  • Co-ordinate the development of treatment protocols, clinical guidelines and procedures within scope of own expertise and based on best current evidence based professional practice;
  • Initiate and co-ordinate quality improvement and risk management to improve work process and service outcomes;
  • Ensure performance of the team complies with legal requirements, occupational safety and health requirements, policies, procedures and practice standards.

Training & Development –

  • Direct delivery or coaching of supporting staff on the clinical management of complex case pertaining to the specialty;
  • Coach and transfer update specialized knowledge, skills and practice to colleagues for service development.

Requirements:

  • Holder of a valid registration certificate issued by the Physiotherapist Board, Hong Kong Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent;
  • Have a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board, Hong Kong;
  • 5 years post-qualified working experience would be required;
  • 44 working hours per week, required to work irregular hours;
  • Required to work in the Kwai Tsing District Health Centre and the satellite centres;
  • May required to work in another work location to meet service needs of Kwai Tsing District Health Centre.

IT Officer

Job Duties :

  • Provide IT support;
  • Manage and maintain servers, network and workstations;
  • Deal with vendors on technical matters;
  • Manage IT systems implementation and delivery;
  • Develop and maintain system documentations.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in IT field;
  • Knowledge of servers, firewall and web technologies;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
    Immediately available is preferable.

Accounting Officer Officer

Job Duties :

  • Responsible for full set accounting, including timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing, periodic stock take, inventory records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system and cash flow management;
  • Assist in the procurement and tendering process;
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports, service statistics and analysis as required by the Food and Health Bureau (“FHB”) and the Association;
  • Responsible for fee collection and payment reimbursement with FHB;
  • Responsible for the administrative and financial related issues with the network doctors and health practitioners;
  • Assist in annual budget preparation and support the development of the annual work plan;
  • Responsible for human resource issues, such as salary, MPF, and insurance;
  • Ensure proper and complete documentation and filing for easy retrieval of all accounting related documents;
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting projects, assignments and duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in holder of Accounting or LCCI higher / ACCA II or equivalent;
  • At least five years of solid experience handling full set of account and experience in health and medical service industry will be an added advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Office application including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must;
  • Experience or knowledge in MYOB is an advantage;
  • Good command of both Chinese and English;
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skill;
  • Well organized, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility proactive and self-motivated;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer.

Executive Officer

Job Duties :

  • Human Resource Management – discharging a full range of HRM functions including manpower and succession planning, recruitment, promotion, performance management, training and development, conduct and discipline, etc.;
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review;
  • General Administration – provision of a wide range of general administration services including office accommodation, building management, departmental transport services, etc.;
  • Assist in developing and implementing all HR & administration policies and procedures;
  • Policy Support – providing assistance in research of background information, presentation and analysis of the information collected, and liaison with parties concerned to facilitate the formulation of policies;
  • Leading an administration team and ensure team members understand working procedure and standards;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
  • At least five years of supervision experience;
    Proficient in MS Office application including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must;
  • Good command of both Chinese and English;
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skill;
  • Well organized, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility proactive and self-motivated;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

External Affairs Officer

Job Duties :

  • Supervise and manage the production of corporate collaterals, including in-house bilingual magazines, corporate videos, and others;
  • Assist in organizing regular and ad hoc corporate events and activities of different scales, and manage the related communications;
  • Maintain relationship with media and prepare press releases;
  • Work with other Business Units to develop and execute communication campaigns;
  • Manage corporate advertisement sponsorship and placement;
  • Handle daily news monitoring report;
  • Manage sub-site on intranet and corporate website;
  • Provide general administrative support to the team;

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Journalism, communication, public relations or other related disciplines;
  • 2-3 years’ experience in corporate communications, journalism, media relations or public affairs;
  • Experience in social media management and video production will be an advantage;

資歷:

  • 中三程度;
  • 3年經驗;
  • 良好粵語;
  • 一般普通話;
  • 一般英語;
  • 懂讀寫中文;
  • 懂閱讀英文;
  • 需持有園藝治療基礎證書

待遇:

  • 每週工作1天;
  • 星期三: 上午10時半至中午12時;
  • 每小時$200.00 – $500.00;
  • 工作期3個月;
