此職位為短期合約,合約期至2020年12月31日。

入職要求:
– 大專或以上程度,具財務或管理相關資歷優先
– 須具兩年或以上行政工作經驗
– 能獨立處事,熟悉電腦及文書操作

主要職責:
– 負責一般人事及行政工作
– 協助總經理監督服務進度及撰寫服務報告
– 擔任部份委員會的秘書,撰寫會議紀錄
– 製作年報及其他刊物
– 管理會員系統及服務數據,維持網站運作

*每週工作22小時 / 44小時

Kwai Tsing District Health Centre(K&TDHC)

A golden opportunity to contribute to the development of primary healthcare through working with our passionate and mission-driven professional team in the first District Health Centre in Hong Kong. 

The Kwai Tsing Safe Community & Health City Association (KTSCHCA) is currently recruiting high caliber candidate to join our team to work for the Kwai Tsing District Health Centre(K&TDHC) which is a new 3 years pilot programme commissioned by the Food and Health Bureau of HKSAR that aims to help everyone to learn to manage their health, wellbeing, and care for each other through a warm, welcoming and smart DHC Health Hub and Service Network.

 

Registered Nurse

Job Duties

  • Produce health education packages for various health promotion activities
  • Set service manuals for various patient empowerment programs
  • Serve as nursing staff at the K&TDHC Centres and offer health assessment/screening/education and nurse counselling and other nursing services at centres or local organizations
  • Provide health promotion activities and patient empowerment programs at the centres and with the community stakeholders

Requirements

  • Registration with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
  • 3 years of experience in patient care related nursing practice as Registered Nurse
  • Possess with port registration training in DM care / Cardiology / Primary Health care / Community care would be an advantage.  

 

Community Relations Officer 

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the PR functions and media communication of the Project
  • Communicate and liaise with the network medical and health care practitioners, community organizations and self-help groups
  • Coordinate the pro-bono services provided by service partners, institutions and professional bodies
  • Other administrative support for K&TDHC services

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in public relations, journalism, or communication
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification working experience

Executive Assistant

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative assistance and secretariat support to Executive Director, Chief Care Coordinator and Head of Administration and Finance
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to consolidate presentation/ administration related materials 
  • Provide supervision and training to clerical staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in administration or secretariat support
  • 2 years’ experience in administration and secretariat support
  • Good computer skill, interpersonal, organization, listening and communication skill in Chinese and English
  • Well organized, flexible, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and self-motivated

Administrative Assistant

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of office administration services, including but not limited to:
  • Research, price quotation, maintenance and purchase of office equipment
  • Monitor and order office equipment and stationery items 
  • Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies 
  • Assist in office fitting out works and centre set-up
  • Coordinate with building management office in areas of maintenance, building facilities, and general services
  • Assist in develop, implement and review office administration guidelines and procedures 
  • Manage conference rooms and facilities booking
  • Liaise and coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate smooth operation within the centre/office
  • Responsible for meetings preparation and minutes taking
  • Assist in the procurement and tendering process
  • Assist in human resource issues, such as salary, MPF, and insurance
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in administration or secretariat support
  • English language (Syllabus B) and Chinese language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/ Level 2 in HKDSE
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in administration and secretariat support, experience in health and medical service industry will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate with MS Office application including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Well organized, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
